A WiNNeR &... A SunDaY

is a day of rest... except at this time of year... !!!
Before I go about the household chores AND some Christmas shopping I thought I'd show what I achieved on FNwF... and it's Not much really...
After dinner out with friends arriving home a little later than expected... I didn't get to finish off a xmas stocking I'd started earlier in the day...
The one above makes number 4... and LasT
but I did manage to start knitting a new cotton shawl scarf.
See I told you it wasn't much!

I will be around later this evening to see what YOU got up to...
In the meantime the WiNNeR for November is...
Tracy G... from Sunny Corner Farm... here... Congrats Tracy...

Congrats to Tracy!! Love your work Cheryll, & I just realised that while I actually sewed along for FNWF, somehow my name didn't save when I added it during the week ( or maybe I was having one of those "moments")....I'll have to be more careful next time :)

Another lovely shawl scarf I see! Those stockings will be lovely. I think you did rather well achieving all that. Weather is awful here, perfect for knitting.I am knitting more facewashers for charity when I am supposed to be finishing pressies.

It's hard to squeeze sewing time into the social calendar at this time of year, but you've done well.
