A work colleague of DD#2 is expecting her first child.
I'm always happy to donate a "fabric panel" for a floor playtime quilt because I don't have to invest too much of my time or $$.
Of course I'd always MaKe a quilt for a close friend of hers at any time.
DD#2 chose this design because although not knowing this colleague very well, thought it suited her personality & was what she would like.
I chose a bright green spot fabric for the backing & orange spots for the binding.
I quilted simple flowers over the center but added "stars" to the borders.
I'm happy with how it turned out so I hope Mum-to-be- will like it too.
