FNSI for June

Last night I pieced together the center block of my Girls Day Out quilt.
It's been sitting in limbo for years so I thought it was time to rekindle the spark.


I also sat & hand embroidered more of another block too.
Although not a lot of the embroidery was finished... I'm at least going forward on it.

  9. That is a beautiful block! Hand embroidery too? I''m lucky if I can just get then sewn together...lol! You do gorgeous work and what a cute wall hanging that would be. Did you say this is part of a bigger quilt? Oh my!

  13. Oh I LOVE that block......must get mine out, it's at sandwiching stage....my least favourite part of the quilting process....I've been putting it off for far too long! xox sugary hugs dear friend :o)
