FLoWer FriDay

Today is "Colourful Friday" and Robyn from Daisy Quilts blog has decided today's colour is....   "FLOWERS"
Here's just a few of some pic's I've taken......

I hope you have a day full of CoLouR .....   CheeRs

Fridays are traditionally days for getting things clean and tidy for the weekend....
but remember
Sewing forever.... Housework whenever !

~~~*~~*~~~
I have started working on my last PhD which is for my DD#2. It will be a gift to her partners mother for her birthday in November... oh don't worry Kath doesn't read my blog.... so I should be OK to have it all finished by then..... not so sure about the June 30th deadline for my PhD diploma....Oh well!
I am making it up as I go...well mostly... I did draw a sketch to start but I'm "feeling" my way so to speak.. so wish me luck!
This is the lower section of a 3 part wall hanging.
Now I better be off to applique these fellas!
And the flowers are gorgeous - if ever I can't find inspiration elsewhere, I can always count on God's creation ... and flowers are the Best at inspiring me!
Hello Cheryll and Happy Colourful Friday!
Your azaleas are so wonderful and so colourfully prolific... tee hee.. trying to describe a mass of colour *wink* Stunning are they?
What a lovely place to wander and enjoy.
Nice block you're working on there too.
Get cracking on that PhD - it's adorable! I have 4 finished of 7, and have just started pinning #5 together to birth it - I just want to get these things done and gone so I can stop feeling guilty about how long they've been UFOs, lol. I think I have another 10 or 12 UFO's after these are finished (I wonder if Myra will do another challenge for the second half of the year?) but if I can get all 7 done (that I signed up for) by June 30, I'll be VERY happy!
