CouNtDowN to ChrisTMaS

As today is the first day of December... the countdown to Xmas has started in earnest in my house. After all, here in Australia we only have 24 more sleeps until the big guy arrives.
I put together a festive platter using the fabric and knitted plum puddings which is now sitting on my table.

I also made these little tree ornaments... as a  ** ThAnK YoU **
to a special lady.

I managed to pin and then finish off the quilting for my DD#2 wallhanger for her. This is the first "quilt" she has ever made and now all that's left to do is for her to hand stitch the binding to the back and hang it up for Christmas. I only did it as she just didn't have the time to finish it before December decorating.

Another reminder... for all players in the "Once a Season Swap" to mail off the SUMMER item (with a Xmas "tuck in") to your partner TODAY... Dec 1st

ALSO don't forget to mail off your Santa Sack gift to your partner TODAY...Dec 1st... as well !
It's really important to get this last package off as we are all hanging to open our gifts on December ???
