LoveLy FeW HouRs

I made a visit to “The Patchwork Angel” in Forest Glen, QLD (Australia) and met with the ladies I have purchased various “things” from over the years. It was like meeting old friends. I looked at all the patterns, drooled over the beautiful fabric and admired the various quilts hanging on the walls. I was granted permission to take a few pic’s to share with you. If you live anywhere near this treasure, or find yourself travelling in the area, find the time to stop in for a visit. You won’t be disappointed!

I stopped in after a grueling morning at the beach!
Pity I wasn't looking at the damn camera...ooppss

Quilters aren't greedy,
                           they’re just materialistic...

I'm just in Brisbane, but buy lots of supplies from Penny via online shopping too! There's a lovely shop a bit north of there at Coolum called Fabric Patch but open by appointment only I think...but their online shop is great too!

The Patchwork Angel is on my top 5 list of favourite quilt shops and I visit at least once a year on the Quilt Shop Hop. Love it! The whole shop is so inspirational.
