BeTTa LaTe ThaN NeVeR

Although I didn't get to show a pic of this months...
ooppss AUGUST months ...
item for Christmas Thru The Year group...
I did make one.
Here it is... or should I say... here they are...
CupCakes...

Knitted from a pattern by the talented Linda Purdy in Traditional Craft magazine No3.

I hope the recipient likes them as much as I liked making them.
ooOOHHH so cute for wee pin cushions, I think!
THANK YOU ... to all those who made concerned comments about my UN-KNITTING.
Well, silly me got a little out of whack, dropped a stitch in the dark, kept knitting unknowingly until morning, so had to pull out about 4inches. I managed to pick them up again, then proceeded to add more length.
I'll keep the project a surprise until it's finished... not long to wait... I hope! ... but here is its progress so far.

Your little cup cakes are adorable. Unknitting is no fun at all.

I don't knit so I can only imagine that the unkitting is not fun. Those cup cakes look adorable. hugs

Hello Cheryll,

Just love the cupcakes. I actually don't un-knit!!! Can't knit so wouldn't be able to help you there. I do admire people who can hold those two sticks together and put the wool over them and come out with a jumper at the end.

Happy days.
