One ON and One OFF

I placed a new book ON my resources shelf today. Although it's not a new book just published... it's a new purchase by me.  I look forward to making this quilt in the future... but some blocks I will use in smaller projects I've got planned for Christmas. To see a few of the books I use, just click the "resources" button on my left sidebar.

I marked one item OFF my PhD list today too. It's the first project to be completed since I enrolled ...lol. I made a dog bed/cushion as we often "baby dog sit" our DS's 2 dogs or our DD's puppy and needed another place for them to curl up on. Two will be over on the weekend to test it out!

I saved up worn mattress protectors for the insert... then closed the bed with velcro so the cover can come off easily to be washed. The bed measures 33 inches square.
Sooooo... I've started on my PhD list...
Wonder if AnnMarie, Kerrie, Narelle and Rochelle are enjoying their first month of enrolment? I'll be around later to encourage you all to get one item on the move.

Excellent finish Cheryll.
My mums dogs are also spoilt by mattresses on the floor.

I have quite a few Nancy Halvorsen books. They have some great designs in them. Your doggy bed is great. They won't want to go home with their owners. Hugs....
