MIA

I feel like I've been missing in action....
Life is so hectic at the moment...
I haven't been around to visit many blogs...
but I hope to catch up this week...

I managed to make 3 baby play cubes for DD1 over Friday and Saturday nights.
She now has them on display in the bub's room... which looks gorgeous by the way...
and they are almost all settled into their new home too.

These are my own designs... & the FREE "cube" making pattern can be found HERE.

And... SiLLy me... apparently I neglected to show the finished bag for May SAL. The last pic was of the finished embroidery ... but here NOW... is the FiNiSHeD bag.
I hope Chooky will forgive me...
The lining and trim is in a pretty "mushroom" colour which matches the thread used in the embroidery. Even though these pic's don't do the colour justice, I'm really HaPPy with the end result!

To see ALL the SAL ladies work... just click HERE...
EnJoY your day....

I used a DMC thread #779. It really was a great match and I was soooo happy with the results. :)
