FNSI & GuiLD ResuLTS...

FNSI with Wendy and all her bloggy friends saw me hand stitching.
I finished off a little embroidery for a swap item due late March. It certainly feels great to be up-to-date on this one. Of course I can't show the item yet... as it's a secret... but here is the embroidery part of it.
Yesterday was the first meeting in 2014 for the Central Coast Modern Quilt Guild. Most of the ladies worked on a block which will be made into a Blanket of Love. The Blankets they make will also be displayed at the Newcastle Quilt Fair in September so today was very exciting for them.
I worked on a small blanket as well (a 16 inch) & almost finished the quilting. It was a great day & I'm so pleased that I managed to make it home in time to play along with them.
