My WeeK

I've had a good week in the cubbyhole...aka sewing room.
I made a "Taggie Toy" for Miss Sophie...
And one for Master Cooper...
And 2 more for "boys" & 2 extra ones for "girls"... just in case!
If you would like to make a rectangular "taggie" visit my web page here for the FREE instructions. Just look under BABY/CHILDREN.  I'll write triangular shape instructions asap.
* * * * *

A double sleeping bag for Chloe's "babies"... Baby & Emma... was sewn together as well
This was an idea stolen originated by Fiona over here... which I just LoVed !
I tested the size first by making 1 to stay here for when little visitors come over.
I used up leftover binding strips for this one... & a little flannel.
It fits this "baby" perfectly too... with room for a friend...
* * * * *
Finished off another Gail Pan embroidery tracing as well.
This will be a project to match the pin cushion shown here.
It's from Gail's book Patchwork Loves Embroidery.
I'm linking this post to SuperMomNoCape... over HERE
* * * * *
I've picked up the knitting needles again now it's cooler weather... passing the evenings sitting with hubby... sometimes watching a movie or some sport.
This time it's a pretty jacket for Chloe... & of course it's in pretty soft PiNK yarn.
* * * * *

And I'm linking the progress made on my Scrappy SnowBall quilt with Terry's Treasures blog...over HERE. This is a monthly SAL... & I'm a little WaY behind!
It may be a SMaLL start... BUT it's a STarT...
With more on the machine...

I hope you had a successful & productive week as well...

Such a lot of gorgeous projects! The taggies are all lovely and the doll sleeping bags look wonderful.
Your bird embroidery is very pretty.
Love the pretty pink you are knitting. That will be so sweet. I will have to do some pink knitting, too, I think.
The colours in your scrappy snowball are cheerful and bright. Perfect.

Wow you really have enjoyed your sewing this week. I love the taggies and the doll bed. This would be a great space saver when the children aren't visiting.
