This simple block was such a lovely way to feature gorgeous rose fabrics ( 2 different coloured backgrounds) by using a variety of toning borders... with of course some yummy spotty fabric thrown in as well.
I'm really HaPPy with the end result!
The talented Jewells from HERE... quilted my "Roses in Bloom" quilt for me using a design called Maggie's Roses... very fitting don't you think!
The quilt measures 65inch square & it's a KeePer... So it will live at my home.

What a great finish! At 65" square it's the perfect size for curling up with and reading a book or watching TV now that Australia is moving into fall.
