SaTuRDaY SHoWTiMe

Last night at FNwF... I started my night off by making a small Xmas gift bag...
Then I worked on a block for my Night Before Christmas quilt.
This is a UFO that was started in 2013... & I honestly don't know why I've left it untouched for sooo long.
I have one more block to complete after this one before I can stitch the blocks together.
I traced, ironed, cut out & then sewed a few pieces of fabric together then ironed some more.
Now I only have the blanket stitch to complete.
I then decided to change projects. During the week I found some 5 1/2 inch flannel squares that were no longer needed. So I stitched them altogether, snipped the edges & made a frilly Blanket of Love.
This small quilt measures 16inch square.
I hope to get around to your blog over the weekend to see what you got up to last night.
Whatever it was... I hope you enjoyed getting together at Friday Night with Friends.

Both the Xmas gift bag & the Blanket of Love were made using only my scraps.
