I started my sewing off with a couple of STRinG BLocKs...
Then I worked on another "scrap" project.
A few sets of bowl covers for the annual Quilt Guild Sale Table.
I actually made the GReeN set at FNSI...but this time worked on the checker fabric.
If you would like to make OnE... or a FeW for yourself...
No more hot fingers for the new owner...

The rain has been so lovely.....could do without the high humidity but will only whinge a teeny bit! I do love those string blocks and the bowl holders are so useful!

Hasn’t the rain been lovely. We had a very quick, extremely heavy fall this afternoon. All over in about 10 minutes. You’re making good use of your scraps.
You bowls are so cute. I've never made one but wondered if they would keep soup in the bowl warm too. Love your string blocks too. It makes me want to go stitch a few.
