sewing... trimming... pressing... the last of 24 string blocks.
It was FuN & I'm sorry to be finished using up strips for awhile.
I decided on the layout without any fuss...
Putting the blocks together was quick & easy...
I've stitched the remaining blocks together... but I'll show pic's later...
now I just have the binding to add before I can finish this QAYG quilt... Yippee...

Oh wow Cheryll, love what you have done with all your strips. Isn't is surprising how colours just seem to fit together when you feel that there is no way that they will. Well done.

I've always loved string quilts and this is my favorite layout. Your's is just beautiful. And I like that it's a QAYG! What could be better?
It looks so nice and bright. The blue sashing really sets it off.
