WoRKinG On

a charity "string" quilt, but this will be last (for awhile anyways) of this type of QAYG quilt.
Not that I've used ALL my scraps... but I need to do something different next time.

And a new-to-me pattern just arrived in the mail.
Looking forward to making this one too...

A very pretty pile of string blocks there. Your new project looks exciting. Enjoy.

The string blocks do look effective, but I can understand you wanting to take a break from them. I love Elizabeth Hartman’s patterns. You’ll have fun with that and will be able to use scraps on it as well.

Lovely colourful pile of String Blocks..
I"ve make a small quilt like that .. It took me ages to collect all the fabrics and now they are tucked away in zip lock bags ready to make the big one.
Have fun.

Hartmans quilts are so much fun....
I made one up with just her foxes and scattered chickens in it for a "chick in the fox den" quilt...

I always enjoy seeing your string quilts coming together. They look lovely.
Enjoy your new pattern. I have done her cats and foxes, but not all the ones in your pattern. Good luck.
