HaPPy DanCe

Hubby & I spent a lovely few days with DD2 in Wollongong NSW...
the girls went shopping & Christmas gift hunting...
WHiLe "father" helped to beautify her backyard by replacing a worn out screen.
DD2 is HaPPy & it looks absolutely AMaZinG...

I wrote last week that I miss-counted my TriDazzle blocks & had to make MoRe...
I thought it was strange at the time but blamed a Covid brain... 💭😕
Well silly Me... I found the remaining already made 9 blocks.
They just needed trimming & were NoT in the project box with the rest... doh...😵
I finalised the layout & have started quilting a few more blocks.

After EnJoYinG making the WOOL needle case - shown HeRe - I did it again.
This time I finished another 2 cases.
One using "PuRPLe" & the other using "BLuE".

I needed a NeW tree topper this year... so I decided to actually make one.
I used 3 different ribbons & made this beauty...🥰

I also made one using ReD ribbons too.
Once it's ON the tree it will be fluffed up... BuT I'm very HaPPy with both so far...

And last night at  Friday Night Sew In...
I cut out & pinned a few flowers for yet another WooL FeLT Needle Case...
This one will be the last for awhile though.

The new screen is amazing! A big improvement on that lattice screen. My Dad was a contractor and helped us finish out our attic into what is now my sewing room, complete with attached bathroom! Your felt bags are so sweet and lovely work on the bows. I bought a new tree after Christmas last year but decided to still put up my old tree so I have a Star topper on one and an Angel on the other this year.....I LOVE Christmas decorating!

Your wool needle cases look gorgeous with all their lovely colours and stitches.
I am glad those missing blocks turned up. They are very good at hiding.
I think that tree topper made from ribbons is a great idea. Very festive.
