The MoRNinG After...

 Friday Night with Friends...
Late yesterday afternoon & then into the night I worked on my "ReD DooR" house blocks... a yellow house, a blue house AND a tree block were completed...
Not great pics taken last night... so I'll snap more later.
I'm thinking of using the qayg method... but instead of individual blocks...
this time I'll quilt it in strips...😏💭

I also pieced & quilted the fifth 20 inch Scrappy Half Log Cabin block too.

I had time to sew two rows together as well... so a FiNiSH is getting closer.
& my scrap bin is a little less full...

Looks like progress is being made! I have never tried QAYG, maybe it will find its way into my skill set one day.

Pretty houses with red door blocks! Love the tree too, with the grass. Great idea to QAYG by row!

You did very well. Such fun blocks. I’m thinking of trying QAYG on a quilt soon. See if I can do something decent without having to struggle with a full sized quilt under the machine.

Nice houses, yes and trees have to be :-))
Your striped quilt is very nice too, I did something like that in February and then another one in March with small squares ... those were my first little quilts :-)) It does have fun ... I have to keep doing it.
Many greetings to you. Viola
