After making the LAST Crazier Star block... I now have 12 blocks.
Now ono the layout...🤔
Because I decided this will be a QAYG project too, I thought I'd use up some left over batting. I stitched lots of pieces together & made 7 @ 17 inch batting blocks. That's recycling at it's best I think...
Another charity quilt was finished too.
Do you remember me using a few coloured fabric birds awhile ago?
Well... they now reside in a pretty flower garden.
It looks much nicer in real life... this pic doesn't do it justice really...

I was excited for some leftovers! LOL. Do you use a zig zag stitch to piece the batting together?
Those are the SWEETEST birds and the entire quilt is just darling.
The birds and flowers quilt is adorable!
It’s always good to stitch all those pieces of wadding together to use in another quilt…..
Love your birds in the garden quilt and it will be loved by someone who needs a hug….

Those bits of batting are always hanging around. A great way to make use of them. The birds quilt is so pretty. Very appropriate for spring.
