FNSI in MaRcH

Gee I'm glad I found Heidi mid way thru last year. I've tried to participate in every FNSI since and this month was no exception. I made the top of another BLaNkEt of LoVe. I managed to sandwich it, pin it all ready to quilt... but as I had a stiff neck I just couldn't finish it last night...
so perhaps later today I'll get a chance to duck away upstairs and sew a little bit....fingers crossed xxx.!
Last night I found some fabric in my stash and cut these:
Then I arranged them & stitched the squares like this:
Cut them like this:
Re-arranged them...And ended up with this:
Made 3 more of the same and .....voila' :

How fantastic is the disappearing 9 patch block !  LoVe It !

~~~*~~*~~~
I found this adorable hanger in my local quilt shop. I had one on the mini which my friend Sunny sent me as my gift in the Once a Season Swap, but the old one just didn't do it justice.... so I found the solution...I bought a NeW one!   Fantastic!
Don't ya just love em'........
I am amazed at how simple the D9P is, yet with each fabric and layout it takes on a new look. Yes, that hanger is just what that little quilt needed. How cute is that?
