How lucky are you and how wonderful is your brother!!the labels are lovely!
Oh yes please, I would love a chance to win a lovely handmade quilt label.
I usually use a rectangle or square of fabric from the quilt, write on it, press under 1/4", pin it on and stitch.
Very nice labels. I usually handwrite mine on muslin. So no cute pictures to go with the writing.
How handy are these, very clever of your bro.
What a lovely brother you have.....
The labels look GREAT
Wonderful Brother!
I have a friend with an embroidery machine and she made me a label for Christmas to go on my SAL quilt.
I could use a few of these, too.
Mama Bear
Those are really fun... I usually hand stitch the label ... often only minimal details... like to... from ....

Lucky you to have a great brother and clever one at that
My labels are very uninteresting Just written with a fabric pen or occasinally I buy some pre printed
Very clever. My labels are a square folded in to a triangle with the written message.
These are then sewn into a quilt corner when attaching the binding. The loose folded edge is then sewn down.
I would love to win some more of your cute labels Cheryll, clever brother, I am a lucky person who already has one which was included in a parcel, fingers crossed.Cheers X.
Lucky you to have such a clever brother!
I`ll keep my fingers crossed from now on.
I usually embroider a border and then write my label details in the centre but they never look really professional
hi Chez i have never made labels before and how good does the word nana look, lol, enjoy your day my friend.xx
You do have a clever brother. I either hand write my labels onto fabric or prepare them on the computer. I prepare the fabric with some preparation stuff (from Punch with Judy), iron it onto freezer paper and then print out the label. This way I can also add photos to my labels.
What a clever and generous big brother. They are great. For quilts I sometimes use a doiley with the fabric centres. They look so pretty and you can embroider or write in the centre.
Hugs xx
Love the labels Cheryll. I usually embroider my labels by hand. Hugs....
I was just trying to decide how to 'sign' my mom's quilt. In the past, I've used counted cross stitch fabric and crossed stitched my labels. I like yours much better!
I'm really naughty and don't usually do labels, I'm sure I'd make the effort if I won some of these gorgeous ones.
That is so nice of your brother. What super cute labels. What I do is embroider my name and date on the binding before I sew it on.
Hugs

So that is how you did them Chez, totally love mine...thanks so much again..You have done the Nanna ones already.....xxxxx
They look interesting Cheryll. Sharyn:)
Love the labels. I don't usually attach a label but If I was lucky enough to win one of these labels I would definatly use it!
They look fantastic. I am waiting for an order of custom labels from Spoonflower that my hubby did for me :) (Please done entre me in the draw)hugs
Aww it is so sweet x
What a lovely brother! I make my own labels with my bear on them, I just print them onto fabric and then stitch them on. I have also made some smaller ones that go on twill tape and they are done using an iron on transfer paper - the stuff you use to make a tshirt. Too easy really.
What a great Bro making these lovely labels...
that's a clever bro, I did used to embroider labels but now tend to write them, would love some of these
How lovely to have a big brother, mine are much younger and although one can knit, neither could/would think to try something so pretty and practical. I am jealous, I write mine with a fabric pen I am all thumbs when it comes to embroidery..
