In Australia, the month of May celebrates the
Beast Cancer biggest morning tea event which of course raises much needed funds for research. As we are unable to get together for a morning tea... I thought if anyone was interested in making a contribution... you can... by making a "
bag" instead. These easy to make bags hold the 2 x 500ml drainage bottles for patients leaving hospital. If you wanted to whip one up and mail it to me (it would go for $1.40 postage) & I would gladly take it to the Cancer Unit at the Mater Hospital here in Newcastle. Both women & men from all over the country area travel to this hospital for care. The instructions for making a bag can be found
HERE... and they really are VeRy easy.
I hope you can find
the time & a
little fabric to make one... xx
If you make a bag just email me and I'll give you my snail mail address.
THanKs xx
