I used 90% donated fabric scraps & I even pieced the backing with a scrap.
I quilted my interpretation of a fleur de lis design with some connecting leaves.
This 60" x 75" is headed to a Novocastrian Quilters Guild supported charity.
And I had time to sew another Crazy Star block together too.

Congrats on the finish, and another lovely star block.
Isn't it amazing how the right colours can make a simple pattern look fabulous!
I do love these stars - I tried to find the same template set - but no luck - can you give me the brand name of something that will lead me to the right thing?
Well done on a lovely finish and another gorgeous star.
BoyBlue looks fantastic!!!!!
and another great star block to add to the others....
Whimsical Quilt is fantastic! Love the design and you chose great fabrics from your stash. The Crazy Star is super cute too. I'll see you next month and also in between!
That's a lovely quilt... Scraps really aren't always scraps... They can make beautiful quilts......
That is a fantastic quilt, well done on the finish, your star block is wonderful too.
That is a lovely finish on Blue Boy. Great result.
Good to see the star block collection growing, too.
Blue Boy is gorgeous and I love the pieced backing. I love when you can make the back a quilt in itself albeit not the "star".....and speaking of stars......love how you used the grays and blacks to highlight the star.
Fabulous quilt..... so striking and I do still love your crazy star blocks...
