SoMe...

fabric cutting went on at my place for  FNwF ...
In particular, 5 inch squares for a baby floor playtime rug...
& then some tracing of FaRM animals...
Then I put together a "purple" star block...

I finished my night off with some FMquilting. A few " puppy dogs " blocks.
I hope you ALL added a stitch or two to your project last night.
Over the weekend, I'll come over to see what you played with too...

You cannot sew until you cut...lots of lovely bright squares there. Love those b/w blocks with their colourful centres. A very successful night I would say.

So many different projects. Fun, bright squares will make a great baby mat. Of course animal anything will make baby or tot happy. That star ought to make you happy. Looks great!

Oh my gosh look at those gorgeous colors for the baby quilt! I really love your star blocks.....reminds me of how they edit photos now to leave the main focus in color and all the background they edit to B&W........and, as always, I so enjoy seeing your FMQ !

LOve your quilting - very clever.
every time I see that star I ponder that set of templates . . .one day I will succumb and buy it.
Looking forward to seeing your animals on the play mat.
