My FiRST...

finish for February that is 😜...
I used some CuTe flannel fabric that was too sweet to cut & made a baby/cot quilt.
The fabric was called Lullaby, which I've had for years, BuT now it's a donation.
It's so warm, soft & cuddly... I know a little one will LoVe it.

I also made a purple "hedgehog" block for my DD#2 TuMMy TiMe quilt.

And to finish off...
I organised an "Orphan Block" sewing day at our Guild recently & I brought one home to complete. I quilted it simply, added the binding & label so now another Community quilt is ready.

Great way to use the flannel - would have been a shame to cut it as you say...Love the hedgehogs...they will be so cute.

THat hedgehog is adorable in purple. Everyone's basket blocks are so different but the all work in the quilt nicely. Congratulations on your first finish of February.

That is a great basket sampler, and kind of you to finish it for someone.

Love the flannel quilt, I made a quilt using fabrics from that range last year... it's so soft and snuggly. Love the hedgehog and the orphan block quilt has worked just perfectly...
