Round 5 was a "Square in a Square" block.
This round was brought to us by: The Darling Dogwood... found HeRe.
I haven't actually sewn my blocks to my flimsy because I am nearing the size required for our Community quilts. I want to see IF I can incorporate next round in this border as well...
I used a few more scrap HST in the "blue" blocks... hence the centre joins.

Hi Cheryll! My niece used to live in New South Wales as a teacher. We had a chance to visit her several years ago. What a beautiful city and country you have. I love your square in a square blocks! They are very colorful, and it makes sense to wait for the last prompt before you add the final border. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne
Nice square in a square blocks…
I never even thought to use existing HST's to make my books and I had loads of them in the fabrics I am using. You're a genius!!!
Waiting to see what comes next can't go wrong.
lovely blocks to make.... great way of using up smaller pieces too....

Lovely blocks! Waiting to sew them together is a good plan; perhaps you can combine or alternate them with the next round. I do love that you used smaller pieces in your blocks!
Here's hoping you will be able to combine something of Round 6 together with these blocks from Round 5. Not too much longer to wait...
