At Home Again

 After spending a wonderful week with  DD#1  (& extended family) on the Gold Coast for her big "0" birthday... I finally got to finish off a community quilt.
This one was the Q-A-Y-G (long arm version) that I made before I flew out. 
Several ladies asked "how do you join them"... well actually you don't... 
you cover the side edges with a strip of fabric then add a long strip between rows.
It's just like adding a binding really.
The binding was sewn on yesterday & the label was added last night.
This youths snuggle quilt measures 30in x 50in,
