WeLCoMe back WOOFA

WeLCoMe to 2021... & another year of WOOFA... but with an addition of "P's".

You can read all about WOOFA... HeRe...
and you are most WeLCoMe to join in anytime too.
If you're interested in joining &/or
you would like to receive encouragement or reminder emails...
please leave a comment OR email me directly.
I would LoVe to have you inspire me each month too...

HeRe We Go...

I finished many of my UFO's in 2020 so decided to expand the WOOFA concept
to include any Project ideas /Patterns / Publications OR  Problems...
that I've stored, horded, collected... & hoped to make one day.
I like the fact that I will FiNaLLy use a few of these dust collectors collectables.
Of course any UFO can still be included too.

My first choice is to use a Publication (book) I've owed for a few years...
Happy Quilts by Antonie Alexander...
which includes a really CuTe pattern for a child called...
Snuggle Bears.
This will be another charity quilt that I hope a little one will LoVe...
BuT who knows where it will end up.

Now, where do I begin? I think I will need about five lifetimes to do them all. Funnily enough, this week I dug (very deep) to get find a magazine from 2005 already kitted up with the fabric to make a quilt. That will be the first one I work on.

I always say I’ll join in but never get there. However I do hope to finish one quilt each month this year. I already have 8 or 9 basted and they need to get out of the cupboard. Hand stitching the binding on one today.

I definitely need to finish a few projects before starting any more. This month I aim to finish last year's Quiltville mystery, Frolic, which I have half quilted so far.

Looks like you have lots of ideas for the coming year.
Smart move to use a book that has been waiting to give inspiration.

HI Cheryll, I know I'm a slacker (!!) but is it ok if I join in with the WOOFA challenge again? Even though I didn't seem to be terrible active last year, having the lists that I made was a great help to the sewing that I managed to fit in!!

I'm in again, only I'll be posting to a new (old) quilting blog. I look forward to watching everyone else's progress.
