CaTCH uP

I feel like I’ve been MIA for the past few weeks...
Hubby had Covid, then he fell off a ladder, he’s OK...but still repairing broken ribs...
Easter happened & a wonderful couple of days spent with FaMiLy, camping, relaxing & just enjoying each others company. I also had the pleasure of my new GD & her mummy for 21/2 weeks... so NoT a lot of sewing happened in the cubbyhole... or even blog reading for that matter... but I should be back to my normal routine now after more time was spent away last weekend.๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿฅณ

So catching up....
DD needed a large “boxed base” pouch... so I made her one.

Pink  was last months RSC22 colour so...
two PiNK cats were made...

I finished preparing the "hearts" by fusing them onto donated fabric.
I'll be appliqueing them using my machines blanket stitch soon.
These will eventually turn into a child's charity quilt.

AnD... I forgot to show you the silk scarf I painted while on retreat in March...
My pastel "roses" are really pretty even though this pic doesn't show colours well,
but I'm very HaPPy with the finished scarf...๐Ÿ˜€
Thank you Chris for showing us the technique.

And as April has ended... it's OPAM time...
I finished 17 items this month... includes the 10 bags for Days for Girls...
& you can visit Kris at OPAM... HeRe.

Your hubby sure knows how to do everything at once. I am pleased that he is on the mend and heading in the right direction.
Lovely to see all your gorgeous projects.
